CHICKEN & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice (original recipe)
3 boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 c. milk or half & half
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
Diced onion to taste
Mushrooms to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Make rice according to directions on package. Set aside.

2. Heat butter. Saute onions and diced chicken.

3. Add chicken broth and milk; bring to boil. Slowly add flour, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

4. Add sauce to cooked rice.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
