1/2 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted Mix brown sugar, flour and butter in bowl. Stir in nuts. Remove 1 cup for topping, set aside. Press mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. milk 2 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, milk and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. NOTE: Prepared best in an aluminum pan for easy removal prior to cutting into bite-size squares. EXCELLENT! |
