MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. pork
1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese
6 lasagna noodles
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain meat. Combine next 11 ingredients, then stir in meat. Spread 1/3 of meat sauce over bottom of 2 quart oblong glass baking dish. Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles on sauce and top with 1/2 of the Ricotta cheese, then half of Mozzarella and half of remaining sauce. Repeat layers and cover with remaining sauce. Cover with wax paper and microwave at medium (5) for 33 to 35 minutes. Remove wax paper. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Microwave at medium (5) for 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
