CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinned
1 jar spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
Egg
Gondola seasoned bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Angel Hair pasta

Dip the chicken breasts in egg and then bread crumbs. Brown in cooking oil. Pour 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce into a baking dish. Place the browned chicken breasts on top and pour the remainder of the sauce on top. Cover with the grated Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes. Serve over the Angel Hair pasta.
