BEAN TACOS 
16 oz. refried beans
1 pkg. taco shells or flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream

Fill taco shells with a spoonful or two of beans and place in a baking dish. If using tortillas, roll up around the beans and place, seam side down, in a shallow baking dish. Continue, using up all the taco shells or tortillas. If using tortillas, cover with foil; there's no need to cover tacos. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes, until heated through. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Serves 6.
