1 c. cornstarch
2 c. baking soda
1 1/4 c. cold water

Mix all together and cook over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until consistency of mashed potatoes. Knead like bread dough. Vegetable coloring can be added immediately or painted when dry.
