CHICKEN TOMATO RICE 
1 chicken, skinned & cut up
1 c. rice (raw)
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Put rice in bottom of medium size casserole dish. Put the chicken on top of the rice and season to taste. Put the peppers and onions on top of chicken. Pour the tomatoes over the top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
