9 c. flour
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. shortening

Mix first 3 ingredients together, cut in shortening. NOTE: If made with butter, keep mix in refrigerator. If made with solid shortening such as solid Crisco, can be kept in cupboard.
