1 sq. chocolate 1 c. cream 2 c. white sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter 2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers 1 c. walnut meats 24 marshmallows, quartered Combine chocolate and cream; heat over low heat until chocolate melts; add sugar, salt and cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Cool slightly. Add crushed graham crackers, nuts and marshmallows. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool, cut and serve. |
