PARMESAN CHEESE DIP 
1 c. fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. milk
1 lg. clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Mix all ingredients together until creamy. Serve with fresh vegetables or crusty bread.
