1 c. Karo (dark) (or light Karo and brown sugar)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch or peanut butter chips

Combine Karo and sugar in saucepan and cook until sugar melts. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until blended. Add the cereal, mix until coated. Press into 10x14 inch pan. Melt chips. Spread on top. Cool before cutting.
