APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle of Russian dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot jam or preserves
6 skinless chicken breasts

Mix first three ingredients. Pour over chicken in shallow casserole. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6
