IMPOSSIBLE TUNA PIE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up 1/4 c. sliced scallions 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained 2 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick 4 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of nutmeg Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter pie tin. Mix tuna, cheese, scallions and pimientos in plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds or beat by hand 1 minute. Pour into pie tin. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. |
