BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Cut broccoli into flowerettes and cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain. Arrange broccoli in lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine eggs and next 5 ingredients, stirring well. Pour evenly over broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
