CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 sm. slices of Swiss cheese
8 thin slices of your favorite ham, (you may use country ham slices)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 bottle of apple juice, (I buy a jar of Gerber Baby Apple Juice)

Pound out chicken breast flat. Roll up with a slice of ham and Swiss cheese in each. Combine chicken soup and apple juice and pour over all in casserole dish. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
