1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. can coconut

Cream shortening and eggs together. Add peanut butter and both kinds of sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased baking dish, bake until golden brown, 350 degrees. Do not over bake, as brownie will be dry.
