MARINATED CHUCK ROAST | |
1 (3 to 5 lb.) chuck roast meat tenderizer 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. sesame seed 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 c. strong coffee 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. vinegar Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and set aside. Melt butter; add sesame seed and brown slightly. Add coffee, soy sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar and onion. Pour over roast and let stand at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Turn meat often. Remove from marinade and grill, basting frequently with marinade. Can use other cuts of meat. |
