LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
FILLING:

1 egg yolk, beaten
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
8 inch pie pan

CRUST:

Melt about 2 teaspoons butter in pie pan. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs in butter. Mix well then press in place. Edge side of pan with vanilla wafers.
