BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran or Fruit Fiber
1 c. melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Bake in muffin pans that have been greased. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients and mix well in cereal. In large bowl. Mix well butter, sugar and eggs. Add buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator and use as needed. Will stay nice for 6 weeks. Do not restir. Just dip out and bake in Pam sprayed muffin tins. Will make 5 dozen or more, depending on size of pans.
