CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 lg. chicken breasts, skinned and boned
8 very thin slices lean baked ham
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 8 equal sticks
1/2 c. all purpose flour
8 tbsp. butter
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce

Place chicken breasts on cutting board. With mallet, lightly pound each to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt, place ham and cheese on each. Tuck in the sides and roll, (jelly roll fashion), pressing to seal. Tie or secure with toothpick. Coat rolls in flour and lightly brown in butter. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

In skillet where rolls were browned; stir in mushrooms, water and 57 sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour covered until tender at 350 degrees. You can thicken sauce if desired and serve over rice.
