BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 pt. sweet cream

1 tbsp. plain gelatin

2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 c. cold water

1 pt. sour cream

Mix sugar and sweet cream; heat until sugar dissolves. Soak gelatin in the cold water. Add gelatin to sugar-cream mixture, then cool. Add sour cream and vanilla. Blend well with electric mixer. Chill in refrigerator. Top with red or black raspberries when ready to serve. Serves 8-12.
