CHEESE STRUDEL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, soft
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. crescent rolls

(Save egg whites.) Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until well blended. Spread 1 pack crescent rolls across bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread cheese mixture over top and cover with second pack of crescent rolls. Brush top with egg white. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool completely, slice and serve.
