APPLE CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 
1 (3 lb.) chicken
2 lg. apples
1/2 lb. macaroni
3 stalks celery
3 green onions
1/2 c. pickles or relish
1/2 c. chopped olives
Salt ot taste
Pepper as desired
2 to 3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard

Boil (cook) chicken; debone and cool. Cut apples in squares 1/2 inch or smaller. Chop celery and onions. If olives are whole, you may slice them into fourths or smaller. When chicken is cool, you may dice it into bite-size chunks. Mix this together. Add mustard and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Then cool. It may be served as a luncheon or an individual plate over a lettuce leaf and with crackers.
