PEANUT BUTTER MELTAWAY CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or whole milk

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and remove from heat. Add next 4 items. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Mix all together and pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. 4 tbsp. oil 3/4 c. marshmallow creme

Combine all 3 items and spread over cooled cake. 1/4 c. cocoa 3 c. powdered sugar 1 c. marshmallow creme 2 tbsp. buttermilk or whole milk 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and cocoa. Cook until mixture boils. Add remaining items and spread over peanut butter layer.
