ZUCCHINI PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini, well drained
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. molasses or dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put all ingredients (except pie shell) into blender. Blend at high speed for at least one minute. Pour Goop into unbaked pie shell carefully. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pie is done when a knife stuck in off center comes out clean. Cool for at least 40 minutes.
