CHINESE DINNER IN CROCK POT 
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of soy sauce
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 tip steak
1 box frozen pea pods

Mix together the gravy and water. Brown the steak and mix everything together except the pea pods. Cook in crock pot on low all day. Two or 3 hours before serving, add the pea pods. Half an hour before serving, put in the following: 3 teaspoons cornstarch to 1/2 cup water. Serve over rice.
