ZITI BAKE 
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
16 oz. pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 8 quart dutch oven prepare ziti according to package directions; drain and set aside. In the same dutch oven, cook ground beef. Drain. Remove dutch oven from heat and stir in ricotta cheese and the next 5 ingredients and 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Add cooked ziti and toss to coat. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch pan and pour on remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
