LEFT-OVER CHICKEN OR TURKEY 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 cup cooked chicken or turkey
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
Chow mein noodles, rice or toast

Heat soup - stir in rest of ingredients. Serve over noodles, rice or toast.
