CHICKEN OVER RICE 
1 cut-up chicken
4 celery sticks, diced
1/2 onion, diced
8 mushrooms, cut in fourths
1/2 cube butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) box Minute Rice

Place butter in frying pan. When it is melted, saute chicken until golden brown. Add onion, celery, mushrooms, and saute 1 minute. Add chicken soup and mix well.

Place mixture in baking dish in 250 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Cook Minute Rice; pour chicken mixture over rice. Happy Eating!
