BLUEBERRY PIE 
2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh, frozen, or canned)
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for 2 crust 8 inch pie

Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, and salt. Fill 8 inch pastry lined pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
