BEER MEAT BALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
3 beaten eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
8 crushed soda crackers
1/2 c. catsup

Mix and form into balls. Brown in oven 4 to 5 minutes at 500 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 can beer
1 c. brown sugar
1 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce

Pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 325.

Brown the meat balls on cookie sheets then put them in a roaster. Pour sauce over and baste several times. Large recipe.
