IRISH COFFEE 
1 to 2 tsp. light brown sugar
2/3 c. strong black coffee
1 jiger (1 1/2 oz.) Irish Whiskey
Whipped cream

Dissolve sugar in coffee in an Irish coffee cup. Put in microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Add Whiskey and top with whipped cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
