CHEESECAKE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter

CHEESECAKE:

3/4 c. sugar
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 grated lemon peel
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease a 13"x9" baking pan.

CRUST: In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour in butter and toss with a fork. Pat evenly into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CHEESECAKE: In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar and lemon peel until smooth. Add eggs; beat well. Pour onto baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

TOPPING: In bowl combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon over cheesecake, spreading evenly. Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Refrigerate at least 39 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2" x 1" bars.
