BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 large box spaghetti noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Onions, peppers, mushrooms, optional

Cook spaghetti noodles and drain; set aside. Brown hamburger and sausage; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and Rotel tomatoes to hamburger. Simmer. Spray large baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Mix noodles with sauce mixture and gently stir. Pour into baking dish. Add layer of pepperoni to top, then mozzarella cheese, and finally parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes more.

Optional: Add sautéed onions, peppers, or mushrooms to sauce.
