LEMON JELL-O CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
4 egg
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O

Mix cake mix and lemon Jello together. Add Wesson oil. Beat on low speed. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Add water (you may not need the full 3/4 cup) and lemon extract. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees in a floured Bundt pan or in a loaf pan.

ICING:

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix until desired consistency is obtained for pouring over cake. Punch holes in top of cake with toothpick to allow icing to go down into cake.

Variation: Use vanilla pudding mix with almond extract in cake and in icing.
