BEEF ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz brown gravy
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. cooked noodles
1 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onion in fry pan. Drain off excess fat; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour over meat. Stir in gravy, tomato sauce, sugar, and combine with noodles and zucchini.

Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese. Serves 4.
