CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
Thin spaghetti (1 inch diameter bunch), cooked
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
Salt, pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
Parmesan cheese

Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to chicken, soup, spaghetti, sherry. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
