SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing
1 c. sour cream
3 c. yellow squash, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can pimiento, chopped & drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter and stir in stuffing. Line casserole with half of stuffing mix. Combine all other ingredients and spoon into casserole dish. Cover with remainder of stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
