SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. Progresso bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together; form into meatballs and brown. Add to sauce and simmer.

SAUCE:

2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) tomato puree
1 can tomato paste
4-5 sm. cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil
2-3 bay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese

Italian sausage may be browned and also added to sauce. Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring often. Winn Dixie has Thrifty Maid crushed tomatoes and also the best Italian sausage.
