SWEET POTATO ROLL- UPS | |
1 cup sugar 2 cups water 2 sticks butter 1 can (10 count) Pillsbury Golden Layer biscuits, divided in half 2 to 3 raw sweet potatoes Nutmeg Cinnamon Mix first three ingredients. Place in 9 X 13 baking dish, put in hot oven to melt. Slice raw potatoes approximately two inches long and 3/4 inches wide. Roll in biscuit. Drop into heated mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 20 roll-ups. Yum! Yum! Submitted by: Janie Gammons |
