STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 lb. strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry filling
1 sm. bowl Cool Whip
1 tsp. sugar (optional)

Bake white cake according to the package instructions. Let cool. Mix chopped up strawberries with filling and sugar (optional). Save a small amount of filling and spread it between the two layers of cake. Spread mixture on top evenly. Cool the Cool Whip and pour it over the cake. Best when refrigerated for a while.
