3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
3 pts. vanilla ice cream
1 bag Bits O' Brickle

Mix all ingredients, except ice cream. Spread in a well greased 9 inch pan. (Put in bottom only and press down.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool. Fix with softened vanilla ice cream. (Should be soft enough to spread.) Sprinkle Bits O' Brickle on top. Freeze.
