APRICOT BRANDY 
3 c. dried apricots
3 c. white sugar
Fifth of gin
1/2 c. Scotch

Put in 1/2 gallon glass jar with tight fitting lid (apricots, sugar, ginger and Scotch). Next day turn upside down, continue turning for 10 days. Let stand for 3 months, shaking occasionally. After 3 months, strain brandy and place in desired container.
