1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix soda in applesauce while hot. Cream butter and sugar together; add salt and cinnamon to applesauce and mix all together with the flour and raisins. Bake in 300 degree oven.
