ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 sm. cans LeSueur English peas, drained
1 can condensed chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped

Saute onion in butter. Combine all other ingredients. Add onion. Put in casserole. Dust top with paprika. Bake 30 minutes in 300 degree oven.

If you are preparing for a shut-in, you may leave out almonds, onions and mushrooms; you will still have a delicious chicken casserole.
