PARMESAN BALLS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Oil for deep frying

In a pot, boil water and 1/2 cup oil. Lower heat; add flour and salts. Beat until mixture leaves the sides of the pot. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each, until mixture is smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a teaspoon to drop into hot oil. Cook until golden brown, turning once. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Yields about 50 appetizers.
