LEMON PUDDING DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/2 c. nuts 1 c. whipped cream 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 2 boxes instant lemon pudding 3 c. milk 1st layer: Mix flour, butter and nuts and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 2nd layer: Mix whipped cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread over 1st layer. 3rd layer: Mix 2 boxes lemon pudding and 3 cups milk and spread over second layer. Put whipped cream over top and refrigerate. Note: Any kind of instant pudding can be used. |
