PASTA SALAD 
16 oz. rice
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. cucumber, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. onion, chopped

Make dressing 24 hours ahead of using for more flavor. Heat dressing until sugar dissolves. Combine all ingredients and chill. For variety I add 1 pound shrimp.
