TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
Garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. water
Salt

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly before adding liquid. Allow mixture to stand 1 hour before adding meat. Allow meat to marinate 24 hours before cooking. Makes 1 quart.
