TANDY CAKES 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. melted butter

Put ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour into ungreased cookie sheet with sides. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread 1 cup peanut butter on top of hot cake. Sprinkle on 1 bag of chocolate chips. Wait about 5 minutes for chips to melt and carefully spread over peanut butter. Refrigerate about 1 hour and cut.
